Which AI engines does it check?
ChatGPT answers every check. When available, the checker also samples Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Google’s answers are observed through a search-results data provider from a data-center location, so they can differ from what a signed-in person sees.
How accurate is it?
It is a sample, not a census. Buyer questions are repeated and mention rates carry a 95% Wilson interval, so a small sample shows a wide range. Claimed mentions are checked against the answer text and sources, and failed engine calls are left out of every rate instead of being counted as misses.
What happens after the check?
