Work with permission
Audit public business pages and use private integrations only with the owner’s permission. Respect access restrictions and third-party rights. Do not bypass sign-in, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or technical controls, or attempt to reach private networks through the crawler.
Keep claims and evidence honest
Do not invent reviews, customers, certifications, prices, citations or results. Do not impersonate a business, poison a competitor’s information, or publish misleading comparisons. Review generated drafts against sources and make uncertainty clear. A report or badge must not be presented as an independent certification or a guaranteed ranking.
Protect people and the service
Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal records or material you lack rights to use. Do not use reports, sharing features or scraped addresses for spam, harassment or unlawful profiling. Do not share credentials, evade quotas with duplicate accounts, overload the service or exploit vulnerabilities. Report security concerns privately to contact@donehat.com without accessing other people’s data.
How we respond
We may restrict abusive activity, investigate a report and remove unlawful or harmful material where appropriate. When safe and lawful, we explain restrictions and allow you to contact us about an error. These rules also apply to agents and API use carried out through your account.
